Nye Valley Ready Mix supplies and delivers ready-mix concrete for residential, commercial, and industrial projects throughout Nye County, Nevada. All orders are subject to availability, scheduling, and site accessibility. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule any delivery due to weather, site conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
All concrete orders must be confirmed in advance. Pricing is quoted per project and may vary based on mix design, volume, delivery distance, and market conditions. Quotes are valid for the period stated at the time of estimate and are subject to change without notice. A minimum delivery volume and short-load fee may apply.
Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation unless other arrangements have been made in writing. Invoices are due upon receipt unless credit terms have been established. Late payments may be subject to additional fees and suspension of future deliveries.
The customer is responsible for providing a safe, accessible delivery location, including adequate room for our delivery vehicles and a suitable discharge area. Nye Valley Ready Mix is not liable for damage to driveways, curbs, landscaping, or other property caused by normal delivery operations when reasonable access has been provided.
Concrete is a natural product whose final performance depends on proper placement, finishing, and curing by the customer or their contractor. We guarantee that our mix designs meet industry standards at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from improper placement, finishing, curing, or site conditions beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nye Valley Ready Mix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the concrete delivered in the relevant order.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
